Artwork Submission Guidelines
Chroma Tees | Print Done Right
Great print starts with great artwork.
Whether you're ordering a single custom tee or supplying bulk files for production, following these guidelines ensures your print comes out sharp, vibrant, and exactly as intended.
We’re friendly but we are strict about quality. Because once ink hits fabric, there’s no undo button.
1. Accepted File Formats
To ensure clean, professional results, please submit artwork in one of the following formats:
Preferred Formats:
- High-resolution PNG (transparent background required)
- TIFF (high resolution)
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- EPS (Vector format)
Not Recommended:
- Screenshots
- WhatsApp images
- Canva preview links
- Low-resolution JPEGs pulled from Google
If you’re unsure, send it through we’ll advise before production.
2. Resolution & Dimensions
Print quality depends heavily on resolution. Please ensure:
- 300 DPI (minimum)
- Minimum 3000px on the longest side
- Artwork scaled to intended print size
- No upscaled or stretched images
If your file is too small, it will print blurry. We will not artificially enlarge low-resolution files without approval.
3. Colour Profile
All artwork must be supplied in:
- RGB colour profile
We will handle print conversion for DTF and sublimation processes. Submitting in RGB ensures colour accuracy and consistency during production.
4. File Naming Convention
To keep production organised and efficient, please name your files clearly:
Example format:ClientName_Product_DesignName_Size_Date
Example:ABCCompany_Tshirt_LogoFront_L_15Jan2026.png
Avoid vague names like:
- final.png
- newdesign2.ai
- image(1).jpg
Clear naming prevents production errors.
5. Maximum File Size
- Maximum email attachment size: 25MB
- For larger files, please use WeTransfer or similar file-sharing platforms
- Ensure vector files are properly packaged (include linked fonts or outline text)
6. Submission Process
Please email all artwork to:
Include in your email:
- Order number (if applicable)
- Print size required
- Garment/product type
- Placement details (front, back, sleeve, etc.)
- Quantity and sizes
Production will only begin once artwork is approved.
