Frequently Asked Questions

Chroma Tees | Print Made Simple

Below are the most common questions we get from both individuals and businesses. If you don’t see your question here, contact us we’re happy to help.

1. Do you print single items or only bulk orders?

Both.

We handle once-off custom prints for individuals and large-scale bulk orders for businesses. Whether it’s 1 item or 1,000, you’ll receive the same attention to quality.

2. What printing methods do you use?

We specialise in:

  • DTF (Direct to Film) printing
  • Sublimation printing
  • Pre-printed ready-to-buy designs

We’ll advise which method works best based on your garment, artwork, and quantity.

3. How much does printing cost?

Pricing depends on:

  • Quantity
  • Garment/product type
  • Print size and placement
  • Artwork complexity

Bulk orders reduce your per-unit cost.
For accurate pricing, request a quote we’ll respond quickly and clearly.

4. Is there a setup fee?

If your artwork is print-ready and meets our submission guidelines, there’s usually no setup fee.

If design adjustments or artwork recreation is required, a small design fee may apply. We’ll always confirm before proceeding.

5. How long does production take?

Standard turnaround time is typically:

4–7 working days after artwork approval and payment.

Large or complex B2B orders may require additional time. We’ll communicate timelines upfront no surprises.

6. Can you help with design if I don’t have artwork?

Yes.

As part of Chroma Hub, we understand design and branding not just printing. We can assist with:

  • Logo placement
  • Layout adjustments
  • Simple design creation
  • Brand-consistent mockups

Design services may carry an additional fee depending on scope.

7. What file formats do you accept?

We prefer:

  • High-resolution PNG (transparent background)
  • TIFF
  • AI or EPS vector files
  • 300 DPI minimum

Low-resolution files may result in blurry prints. We will not proceed with poor-quality artwork without your approval.

8. Do colours print exactly like they appear on screen?

Not always.

Screen colours (RGB) can vary slightly when transferred to fabric or product surfaces. We calibrate carefully for best results, but slight variations are normal in printing.

If colour accuracy is critical for your brand, let us know in advance.

9. Do you offer wholesale or reseller pricing?

Yes.

We work with:

  • Clothing brands
  • Corporate clients
  • Event organisers
  • Resellers

Bulk pricing structures are available. Contact us to discuss partnership options.

10. What happens if there’s a mistake?

If the error is on our side, we’ll fix it.

If the mistake comes from approved artwork (e.g., spelling errors or incorrect sizing), we cannot take responsibility once production has started.

This is why we require final artwork approval before printing.
